Letter from the Chairman

Dear Friends,

It is my pleasure to welcome you as a distinguished member of our alumni association! You make us proud because the St. George’s community just got a lot larger with your membership. We hope you will remain a proud member of SAGOBA and take full advantage of the great benefits that the alumni affords to you. Karibu!
The heart of this organization is its members. Through our collective efforts, we have created a vibrant community that is a resource not just for alumni but also for the St. George’s student cohort in their various stages of schooling. Our programs and outreach provide a great opportunity to keep in touch with fellow St. Georgians, share memories, and maintain connections to our precious former school.
SAGOBA carries out a variety of events to provide opportunities to connect through:
    o Career Networking
    o Social Events
    o Mentorship programs
    o Community Outreach
Above all, I encourage you to stay in touch with former classmates, maintain and strengthen your connections to the school. If you have suggestions or ideas for improving the association, please let me know by contacting any of our dedicated and supportive executive team. This is your alumni association and we strive to make it great!
Finally, we have recently unveiled this brand-new website. Congratulations to the project team which has worked tirelessly and volunteered their own resources over several months to give the association a new face. Yes, we are proud of you. We count on everyone’s support to explore the various webpages and learn more. Please feel free to contact us should you want to contribute to the web content or volunteer in the various activities.

Asanteni.

Sincerely,
John S. Magundo
